Having the research and technological abilities to capitalize on this diversity creates flexibility, which we use to enhance our customer service. We add value to our customer's products by researching the perfect technical fit between the customers manufacturing processes and the pulps we produce. Our Technical Marketing Program (Temap) is one of the ways in which we analyse our customer needs in order to serve them better.
One of our innovations, developed with customer safety in mind, was the introduction of Wireless Bales over twenty years ago. FDA approved water soluble glue holds the bales together, and water soluble inks are used for bale marking. Wireless bales reduce workplace hazards, increase efficiencies, and eliminate the need for wire disposal.
